We have prepared a variety of activities for those who are bored with the usual tours that put so much emphasis on sightseeing, who feel a strong interest in Japan's traditional culture, and who would like the experience of seeing and hearing that culture for themselves. With a focus on the concept of "Wa," we offer a space that will allow you to get close to the various performing arts associated with "Wa."
Through this, we hope to contribute to the passing down of these traditions. In addition, we also hope to contribute to the vibrancy of Japanese culture by providing a "non-everyday" atmosphere that is suitable for going out in a kimono.
By offering our clients a comfortable and relaxing time, we hope not only to help them gain the vitality to face tomorrow. We also hope to help increase the popularity of traditional performing arts by providing people with an opportunity to encounter them, and thereby increase the vitality of these traditional arts.
By passing a pleasant time, our clients will begin to feel excited, and this emotion will become the driving force for a number of further activities: "Perhaps I would like to learn more about traditional performing arts," "Perhaps I would like to look at other traditional performing arts," etc. Please fully enjoy immersing yourself in "non-everyday" Japanese-style spaces, akin to the culture of traditional Japanese restaurants.
It is no longer possible to go back from the modern style of living that exists in Japan, which has greedily sucked up so much from the culture of Europe and America.
However, we are offering a place where foreigners, who have come to Japan and have an interest in traditional Japanese performing arts, can revive the spirit of old Japan even in the modern world. Your heart will be cleansed by wearing the clothes of a beautiful performer and entering the beautiful space of the stage or a traditional restaurant. We are reviving a way that people used to enjoy themselves in the Edo period: the theatre tea-house.
In this way, we offer a relaxed time to watch the theatre, filled with a variety of enjoyments. We offer a place where you can casually take the first steps to encountering the traditional Japanese performing arts, without the usual complaint that these arts are difficult to understand.
