What we will provide

VISAGIST, the pride of MAISON DE BLANCHE, will ask customers about their needs and wishes, and, taking into account the input of representative designers we've independently contracted from around the world,prepare an individual plan suited to each customer complete with a lunch at a restaurant adhering to MAISON DE BLANCHE's concept.

· 3 days before reservation date: 50% of participation fee
· 1 day before the reservation date: 80% of the participation fee

Even nowadays, when new boomtowns are still popping up, people the world over recognize Tokyo as a the bustling metropolis it is.

The completed Eneko, beneficiary of Azurmendi's efforts. ENEKO has converted to a bistro style which matches this metropolitan, urbanite lifestyle.        

For this, ENECO chose from among the top restaurants of the World's 50 Best Restaurants, hailing from the city of London, known as a new culinary capital which is even now turning out novel trends in world cuisine.

The location chosen for its second branch, in the Roppongi area of Tokyo, a quiet district dotted with embassies.

ENECO immediately agreed to the location for the second store's opening, due to the area being an "environment with many open minded people willing to accept styles from around the world."  

The stairwell at the entrance calls to mind the skill of Azurmendi, so often displayed by ENECO, and with it, a singular sense of openness. ENECO/Acha/Azurmendi ENECO/Acha A Sustainable Harmony Born in 1977 in Amorebieta Echano, a town in Biscay in the Basque region.

Azurmendi opened for business on the outskirts of Bilbao in Spain's Basque.

In 2012 it became the youngest in Spain to earn three Michelin Stars, and to the present day has continued to earn them every one of the past five years.

Additionally, it took top place among America's 'TOP100 Restaurants' in 2017.

Set on a hill overlooking Ebisu in a quiet residential area, is Maison Premier, a single house spread throughout with light and greenery.

The high quality atmosphere, a result of the efforts of a Parisian woman designer, and the cuisine prepared under the supervision on Michelin Star Chef Armand Arnal further elevate and complete the Ueno hospitality.

The concept is "Salle à Manger," (dining room), offering everything from buffet style breakfasts to meals where you can freely choose your courses, all enjoyed with the accompaniment of high quality champagne and cheese.

In French, 'hermitage' means 'hideout.'

Maison Hermitage was built after drawing on inspiration from one such hideaway in the town of Provence.

The church that watches over the township, the plaza with its fountain where the townsfolk come to rest... Cobbled streets, tolling churchbells, the newlywed couple surrounded by the warm applause of their friends and loved ones... Her dress flutters in the wind, catching the bright rays of sunshine as the whole town overflows with smiles and goodwill.

Bring to life that Provence-style wedding at Maison Hermitage.

Tracing the roots of Hermitage, one by one. The Story of Hermitage, the auberge (inn) in southern France, begins long ago with a noble house powerful in that region, the Carltons, who embarked on an enterprise of wine creation throughout the world in order to enrich the town and its people, and the villagers began to cultivate vineyards for this purpose.

The noble house began a tradition of opening their own mansion to invite great numbers of the people to a party in celebration of the autumn harvest.

At first, the people would gather around the 'lifesource,' the fountain in the mansion's courtyard, and afterwards move to the dining room to share lively conversation with all of their fellows, the men holding champagne glasses in one hand and sampling aperitifs with the other while the women spoke of their dreams and elderly leisurely enjoyed the food and drink.

In time, the young couples who'd met at the mansion came together and were married among blessings and congratulations as the townsfolk celebrated grand weddings for them. The churchbells, too, were used not just to keep time, but to mark the joyous occasions, ringing out the happy tidings across the town in southern France.

As time passed, it changed from a restaurant to an inn, offering rest to travelers. More than that, the mansion became well known as a place to find joy, and a place to hold weddings.

Maison Hermitage was built in the concept of this hermitage style, paying homage to an middle-ages era inn in southern France. 

The French are of a sort who don't mind traveling to even far away regions in order to sample delicious cuisine.

Getting away from the city to enjoy conversation with the owner's family over fresh local vegetables and meat while staying at a rural inn.

Time in southern France seems to flow slowly, not troubling the people.

Sampling aperitifs and desserts while basking in the bright rays of sunshine and soft breezes of a courtyard at lunchtime, or sharing an intimate moment in a private room on your anniversary.

Just as New York has Central Park, London has Regent Park, and Paris has the Bois de Boulogne, famous cities the world over have their own famous parks, landmarks to the cities they call home.

Just like the parks in other big cities, Hibiya Park offers the chance to do things like enjoy fresh air and good food, pass the time at a trendy private party, enjoy a drink and good conversation with your friends, and hold a wedding that's sure to create memories to last a lifetime.

Wanting to spend time in this park, colored by a rainbow of different lifestyles... This is the desire that sparked the creation of Hibiya Palace It's atmosphere was crafted in the image of Jardin d`hivers (The Winter Garden).

Even in the midst of winter, it has a warmth to it, and with the way it brings together the interior and exterior in one open space, it fits perfectly in Hibiya Park Because of this, you can take in the trees of the park through the restaurant's expansive windows while you dine, with every corner of the interior carefully designed.

Just stepping foot into the restaurant gives one the impression they've stepped into the midst of a wood.

The concept is Armand‘s Salad Style.

The salad's created by French 1-Star restaurant chef Armand are like entrées all by themselves.

These fresh and healthy salads are the main dish for the park restaurant.

Confort & Gastronomie Chefs personally seek out and select seasonal vegetables that maintain the highest quality by purchasing through contract with farmers and maintaining communication along the way.

The food is created through a combination of those ingredients and a sincere passion.

5.Angelo Court Tokyo

The cuisine prepared at the Angelo is a modern Sicilian cuisine, made from Sicilian fruits and vegetables, select domestic organic vegetables dressed with extra virgin olive oil and a dash of Japanese culinary culture.

For the Degustazione Course, you'll receive one plate after another, gradually sampling the varied menu as if you were ascending a winding staircase step by step.

At the winery PLANETA, specific varieties of grape from various places in Sicily are cultivated, and the wine that results brings out the various regional Sicilian flavors in the food.

As the head chef of the restaurant managed by PLANETA, Angelo works daily using its wine to bring to life a modern Sicilian menu. For Angelo Primia, the concept of 'Modern Sicilian,' means that cooking becomes to him art, or sculpture. His cooking, his craft, which he uses to express his soul, is this Modern Sicilian style, made from Sicilian fruits and vegetables, select domestic organic vegetables dressed with extra virgin olive oil and a dash of Japanese culinary culture.

Gradually sample the varied menu as if ascending a winding staircase step by step, receiving one plate after another as you enjoy the the Degustazione Course.
